Denise went above and beyond during our buying and selling of homes. We were dealing with multiple deaths in the family and Denise helped us handle so much during that time. We could not have done it without her, she truly took care of everything we needed. After everything settled, we are very happy with our new home.

Denise Prough is an amazing realtor, and we are so happy we found her. We were in town visiting family a year earlier and fell in love with the area. We contacted Denise randomly to look at condos for a second home and she showed us a few. Her knowledge and insight were very helpful. We kept in touch and a year later we found a condo that met our criteria. Denise really stepped up since we were an out of state buyer. She did a live video tour of the property since we were out of state. Denise was a pro with the offer and transaction details. In fact, Denise handled the entire closing with the selling agent and title company as we were not present for the closing either. A week after the closing, we were able to fly into town and review the property first-hand. Denise was accurate in every regard. I cannot stress again how impressed we are with Denise! We bought the condo for a second home, sight unseen, other than listing pictures, Denise's video tour, pictures and guidance. We still only met her once a year earlier, but that will change in the spring. We highly recommend Denise to anyone needing a realtor for buyer or seller representation. Highly recommend working with Denise, she is a woman that knows her stuff! Our house selling process was extremely easy. When we had questions, Denise always had answers.
