Denise was very aggressive in marketing and selling our condo. She was very attentive to all of our questions and very knowledgeable and answering them in vary timely manner. She responded to our inquiries immediately and followed up with third party questions and answers. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

Denise is the best realtor you could work with! In this market she helped us find a house and get an accepted offer only after a few weeks of searching. She also stepped in and shared her knowledge when there were some bumps in the road. Choosing her as your realtor will be the best decision you'll ever make!!

Denise found a first floor condo for us when almost none were available. Ours was listed about 11am, she called us about 11:30am, we viewed the condo at 12:45pm, put in an offer, and found out that night that our offer was accepted. If Denise had not been so tuned in to what we wanted and acted on it so quickly we would still be looking. And finding the condo for us was only the beginning. She then helped us find a moving company, a painter, someone to put in new flooring for the dining area and shampoo the rugs, and someone to rekey the locks. She thought of everything. Even gave us some empty boxes from her office to help us move.
