Denise found a first floor condo for us when almost none were available. Ours was listed about 11am, she called us about 11:30am, we viewed the condo at 12:45pm, put in an offer, and found out that night that our offer was accepted. FIVE STAR!!! Denise is absolutely amazing!!!!! Knowledgeable, dedicated the most hard working and accessible realtor I've ever worked with. I live about 2 hours from the rental home I was selling. The renters were making it quite difficult to show the property. Denise did everything in her power to make the renters feel comfortable and make the showings happen. She was my eyes and ears so I didn't have to make the trip over and over again. Denise arranged contractors to gain access to the property and gave sound advise and referrals regarding the work that needed to be completed.
